1. i’m probably too old for it and should be more jaded by now, but i still believe in happy endings
2. my birthday is on April 4th
3. my favourite flower is a single white rose
4. my dream guy is one who would sing me to sleep and would bust out in musical style singing in the middle of a crowded room/mall/wherever when i’m sad just to cheer me up…doesn’t even need to sing well…
5. i dig people who don’t get embarrassed easily, who can laugh at themselves, who see life as their playground – “yes, let’s” kinda people
6. i love using big words whose meaning i’m not sure of and just kinda hoping i used them correctly in the sentence
7. my theme for this year is “abundant life” – living out loud

9. i love music…a lot
10. the only thing i love more than music is God…and sometimes i fail at that one
11. i am introverted and shy at first, but once you get to know me i’m quite loud

14. this year i discovered that i liked chinese food – i never tried it until this year because i was afraid i’d hate it
15. i hate change, unless i’m pretty sure the results will be good…i guess i hate not knowing what’s around the bend
16. my favorite sound in the world is loud, uninhibited, i-don’t-care-if-people-are-staring laughter
17. i write songs in my sleep, then immediately forget them when i wake up
18. i love snail-mail, and scented paper, and beautiful caligraphy…i even love ugly hand-writting…cos writting stuff out takes time and effort

20. i am very anti-apple products…mostly because i don’t like Steve Jobs. i think he’s arrogant and has a god-complex
21. in case you didn’t pick it up from the last statement, i’m kinda very judgemental

23. i hate flying…i think if you’re gonna go to faraway places, you should feel like you’re travelling, and you should get to experience the other places between point-a and point-b
24. i fall in love too easily…but it’s a struggle getting out of it…

27. i go through stages where i practically live on 2-minute noodles for a few months, then i hate them for a while and can’t even stand the smell of them for a few months, then one day i crave them and the love kick-starts again
28. i am a huge fan of local (south african) music…i try to support local bands and see them live as much as possible
29. i’m usually flat broke at the end of the month because i spent all my money on live shows/music festivals

31. i am on blogger, wordpress (2 blogs), tumblr, twitter, facebook; i have mxit, g-chat, yahoo chat, 3 email addresses, skype, bbm, and i own 2 phones – always within reach
32. i have horrible communication skills…i suck at small talk…i prefer silence…as long as it’s not awkward
33. i hate hangovers, but love the laughing and the stories that usually take place the morning after the big night

42. i think tats and piercings are pretty hot – but there has to be a reason for the tats, like a story behind them, and not too many peircings either
43. i like sports, and i like having boy’s night out with my guy friends, even though i’m a total girly-girl…well, most of the time
44. i used to only own high-heeled shoes and one pair of all-stars, now i own a few pairs of flats. i wear the flats more often, but still own more heels than flats.
